Please join an informal funder discussion for those who currently fund, or are looking to fund, green-stormwater infrastructure and nature-based solutions. Storms and flooding are the leading way that climate events show up for the majority of Americans. Green stormwater infrastructure helps to reduce flooding impacts to homes and businesses while also bringing myriad other environmental, social, and economic benefit
The discussion will be facilitated by two Urban Water Funder members who have extensive experience funding in GSI: Yeou-Rong Jih with the Kresge Foundation and Nathan Boon of the William Penn Foundation and Co-Chair of the Urban Water Funders Steering Committee.
Participants will share about their work, challenges they’ve faced and discuss best practices and potential partnerships to advance the work.
