The California Resourcing Resilience Initiative (CRRI) is a statewide network designed to build ecosystem readiness for communities to meaningfully access and implement California’s climate investments. Across the state, communities are already leading with vision and solutions. CRRI strengthens existing efforts and helps launch new ones, in effect creating the “connective tissue” that helps translate public intentions into funded, scalable projects. By linking community-based organizations through a shared framework—supporting aligned outcomes with different approaches—CRRI accelerates coordination, unlocks public and private capital, and ensures climate investments deliver durable, community-driven impact.
