Climate Smart Economy is an initiative of California Forward and Resources Legacy Fund designed to support California’s next governor in developing an agenda and key priorities for the first hundred days and beyond. Bringing together climate advocates, economic developers, labor, business, environmental justice and conservation organizations, rural communities, and regional leaders around a shared vision, an integrated approach where climate action, economic opportunity, and shared prosperity reinforce each other instead of competing for scarce resources and political attention.
